Commitment to Accessibility

Compudata Systems London Inc. (Compudata) is committed to providing goods, services, and facilities that respect the dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity of people with disabilities. We comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Accessible Customer Service

Assistive Devices

Customers with disabilities may use their personal assistive devices to access our services. If an assistive device cannot be accommodated due to safety or other concerns, we will provide alternative solutions.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in all public areas of our premises. If a service animal is prohibited by law, we will provide alternate accommodations.

Support Persons

Support persons are welcome to accompany individuals with disabilities on our premises. In rare cases where health or safety concerns require a support person, we will consult with the individual to determine suitable arrangements.

Ramp Access

A portable ramp is available at our front entrance to provide wheelchair access. If you require the ramp, please notify a staff member upon arrival, or contact us in advance to ensure assistance is promptly provided.

Notice of Temporary Disruption

If there is a planned or unexpected disruption to facilities or services for individuals with disabilities, we will notify the public promptly. Notices will include:

  • Reason for disruption
  • Expected duration
  • Alternative services, if available

Notices will be posted on our website and at the affected location(s).

Training

Compudata provides training to employees, volunteers, and policy developers on:

  • AODA requirements and accessibility standards
  • Interaction with individuals with disabilities
  • Use of assistive devices, service animals, and support persons

Training is provided within 14 days of hire and updated as needed.

Documents related to accessible customer service are available upon request. We will consult with the requester to provide a suitable format at no additional cost.
